I purchased this pan shortly after buying a wok from the same folks. The pan is built solid, the cooking surface is smooth and overall seems well made. The handle is wooden which will prevent you going from stove to oven like other carbon steel pans. In terms of cooking with it, I tried my hand at seasoning it after watching several videos on line. I didn’t get the results like the pros but am happy with how the pan cooks. No problems with food really sticking so far. It heats up easily and doesn’t seem to require as much heat for cooking. Cleanup has been easy with just warm water, a little soap and a scrub with a soft brush. I then dry it with a towel, heat on the stove a wipe a light coating of oil on the inside and outside.
