Very loose in the heel area, so if you have slim heels - beware. Although you could add heel grips inside the shoes to prevent the shoe from slipping up and down - I was disappointed in the overall fit and comfort of the shoe. The edges around the foot opening are stiff and scratchy; the arch support is minimal. For $185, I expected much better. This was my first "Drew" shoe and I purchased because I had heard their shoes were above average and offered very good arch support. Was very disappointed all around.
