Superb for cold weather activities. Much warmer than similar Asics Thermopolis tops. Note that this item doesn't have thumb holes, but that wasn't too much of an issue, as I found the sleeves to run fairly long. Not wind proof, but does offer a bit more protection than other thermal performance tops.
