Boots are EXTREMELY stiff and do not break in easily. Leather (if it is leather) just does not give..Even after I soaked boots in water for 2 days. I ordered a 17 3x wide to try the 17 size. 17 clears my toes but for the width not being wide enough. It looks like a bad review but the boots are so light they feel like cardboard. Had I been able to get a 4 or 5x width this would have a different end.
