I order this ramp for my senior dogs to help them getting into my Toyota Tundra, and trained them in the house first. My 2 80-lb dogs learned how to use it in just 3 days of training, starting with the ramp flat on the ground. It does bend a bit but the ribbed carpet offers a really good grip, so they didn’t hesitate much at all. It is also wide enough for large dogs so they feel like they have enough room. While I cannot latch it to my truck because I use it to let my dogs in the back (not the bed or trunk), it is stable enough for them to use it even if not latched. I’d be careful in case of wet paws and I hope it holds over time.
