I brought this barber chair for my husband who happens to be a barber. He had some rinky dink chair that was very uncomfortable for his back and customers. So I decided to buy him this and when it arrived he had no idea. He starts opening the box and once he did that he realized what he was opening and the look on his face was priceless. When we assembled the chair it took some time but not that much I say 1 hour total because we were missing 2 screws but looked it up and went to lowes and purchased them and put them on the chair and that fixed the problem. My husband cuts hair of children to older men and his heaviest client is almost 400lbs. This chair handled him and then some. Only thing I don’t recommend if they are larger clients and you recline them back please don’t go all the way down because that chair will tip. I weight 180 and I could recline all the way but still just to be safe I wouldn’t do it but half way if need be just be aware. This is his first chair because he cuts out of our home due to Covid but to a selective few . The chair can be wiped down which we do in between clients and we also Lysol the room, the air etc in between clients too. All and all we are very pleased with this chair and I am glad I purchased it for my husband.
