The pen is outstanding. Easily the best nib I've ever had and that is taking into account that I have pens modified by a nibmeister. So smooth yet very fine with the most perfect flow anyone could ask for. Simply the best writing experience! However, I was rather disappointed to see that the pen does not come with a converter, only a couple of cartridges. It goes without saying that such a pen should always come with a converter. For this reason, I cannot give an accurate review of the ink-flow as I've only dipped the nib in ink to try it (still sooo sooooooo smooth, it's crazy for such a fine point!).On a side note, I had this shipped to Canada ($25 expedited) and was slammed with another $55 to pay upon delivery, which comes to a whopping $80 shipping... Obviously, I will not make the mistake of purchasing from az.com any time in the future (I was shocked to discover that the same pen would've cost me around $100 less if I had purchased it from az.ca...)Anyway, in case anyone cares about this stuff, I strongly believe Japan makes the best fountain pens and that Sailor make the best nibs!
