I love this boot for going into work when there is snow on the ground. I usually just leave them on because they are so cute. I really like them and they fit well. I am a size 8.5 and that's what I ordered and they fit perfectly.I usually wear size 7 for regular street shoes, but I bought size 7.5-8 for these boots since I like to wear thicker socks for winter. And they fit great! They are warm boots, and I like they are light-weight shoes.Haven't got to try them in snowy weather yet. Hope they have good traction and waterproof.I was hoping to replace my older boots, but Spring Step no longer offers the model. I don't care for the stiff, up curved toe, and certainly don't need fur on top for shoveling slush. Fit is good and they're warm and waterproof so far. This is a cute boot. The esthetics & craftsmanship are nice. I think it would be very warm in cold weather. I'm new to Spring Step. Maybe it's the brand or just this style but this 1 wasn't made for me. Usually I can wear a M with a sock but this was swimmingly wide. I think it also ran long but can't say for sure since it was so wide. If you have a wider foot and like firm support this is the boot for you.Packed well, exactly as described & delivered on time!I bought a second pair of these boots. Now I have one for dress and one to knock around in. These boots fit nicely around the ankle/heel. No slippage when walking. They are durable, warm and waterproof.I took a chance and bought these as I wear an 11. These were 101/2 - 11, and thought they would be on the small side. We they are closer to an 11 and very comfortable and warm. I should even be able to wear a little thicker sock as they get broke in. LindaBought these as a gift. Size was perfectSo excited to find lightweight, waterproof boots for a reasonable price. Only problem is they aren't... waterproof. Less than half a dozen wearings and my toes get soaked through...from the bottom. I can only think they are leaking at the seam between the sole and the top. They are lightweight and fairly comfortable, though with the zipper rather than laces, they don't cinch up and I needed to wear two pairs of socks. That was manageable, but soaked feet (I'm not sloshing through rivers or anything... just walking dogs in the PNW.) makes them fairly useless. Going to try to return them.
