Normally I don't write reviews. However, I felt it only right that I take some time out to review this product and the great customer service from INSE, and in particular from Cecilia.I had purchased the vacuum cleaner back in August 2021. Recently it decided to no longer work. The battery was fully charged but when you turn the device on, it would run for about 1-2 minutes and then it would shut off. I made sure that the batter was fully charged and attempted to run the vacuum and the same thing happened again. I then allowed for the battery to completely drain, recharged and re-attempted with same results.Frustrated, I reached out to INSE customer service and described my problem. The device was still under warranty. Cecilia from INSE customer service was very prompt in replying to my concerns. She asked for details about my problems with the vacuum cleaner and I provided those to her. INSE determined that the battery was the cause of the problem and she promptly had a new/replacement battery sent out to me. I charged up the new battery and my vacuum cleaner now is working like a charm once again.It is always a wonderful thing when customer service from a company takes care of their customers/clients. I would highly recommend this product for being a great product, but also because of the amazing customer service that Cecilia has provided.I reluctantly returned this vacuum cleaner. Unpacking this vacuum I was very impressed with the overall quality and the accessories which came with it. There was nothing flimsy or cheap feeling about the vacuum or the accessories and it had pretty good suction for a battery operated vacuum.My problem specifically is that I have a good corded vacuum which picks up pet hair off my rugs and carpets very well but I hate having to deal with the cord when vacuuming is necessary almost daily. I read the reviews and felt this vacuum might solve the cord problem and get the pet hair off my rugs and carpets. Unfortunately it didn't. After 1 minute, in the high suction mode, with the larger roller-brush attachment going over about an 10" x 10" spot on a rug loaded with dog hair there was practically no hair in the vacuum canister and the rug didn't look like any hair had been removed. I changed to the next smaller roller-brush attachment and tried going over the same spot again. The smaller attachment exhibited significantly more friction on the rug but seemed to be pushing the dog hair more in to the adjacent areas than actually picking it up. It did pick up some of the hair but a disappointing amount considering the time it took. The rug in question is about 7' x 9' or 63 square feet total. Given that I was working on an area less than 1 square foot it looked like the vacuum would take over an hour to do a mediocre job getting the pet hair off the rug. My corded vacuum takes less than 5 minutes and does a good job, I just hate dealing with the cord.I really liked this vacuum and thought seriously about keeping it. I think it would do very well on my stone floors and even my short pile carpets. But I bought this vacuum specifically to get the dog hair off my entry way rug and it fell way short of my expectations for that purpose. If I didn't already have a good vacuum I would have kept this one as it is very versatile and has pretty good suction and great quality. If it had a better roller-brush attachment that would lift the pet hair it would have been a keeper for me.To sum this up. I love everything about this vacuum EXCEPT that it wouldn't do what I purchased it to do, get pet hair off my entry way rug.This is my second Inse vacuum. The first one worked great until it was run over by a car (it's great for vacuuming your car too, just don't leave it behind the car!). I liked how powerful and convenient it was so I bought another one. The motor stopped working after 4 months so I contacted customer service via email. They asked me to perform some troubleshooting which I recorded and sent to them. Within one week they sent me a replacement motor. Now it works again and I am very pleased with the customer service experience.Beautiful color. I have a dyson v8 animal, but I was it back and forth between my house and my little lake house for a year. That got annoying fast. I didn’t/couldn’t spend that kind of money again, but I love a cordless vacuum. This is very lightweight. It’s noticeably lighter than my dyson. That helps my little kids use it, so that’s a bonus. But it also feels like my kids could break it. Feels like cheap plastic as far as vacuums go. Conversely, it feels like a quality toy vacuum that really works. If that makes sense. I like that I can push the button to turn it on, and I don’t have to continuously hold the handle button to keep it on like my Dyson. Push it once and it stays on low suction, push it again and it’s higher, louder suction. Third push if the button turns out off.I like that it can stand up on its own if I have to run something to the trash then go back to vacuuming instead of propping it up or laying it on the ground like my dyson.The long handle can be made shorter for more compact storage, and the shorter setting length makes it much easier to use for my 5 and 7 year old kids to use it. Plus the light weight makes it easier for them as well. That’s a huge bonus. I’d buy it again, but I wouldn’t expect it too last long as a primary vacuum. I have no proof that it wouldn’t, it just feels that way. Plus the battery life isn’t long. I can do a quick vacuum of my 1400ish sqft house, but the battery doesnt last enough time for me to do a detailed vacuuming of that same house. It would be cool if I could buy a second battery like some of the other inexpensive similar vacuums.Great light sweeper , does the job. I would definitely buy this product again.I already have a dyson v10 at home, but would like to order another one to leave it on the second floor. Searched on Amazon and picked this one.It’s very light, easy to put together and use. The thing I like the most is that I don’t need to hold the button to vacuum. It saves my index finger. It has two suction speed modes. I can choose depends on what floor I need to clean.Amazing product. I use it so often because it’s so easy, just grab it and go. I opened it to empty the dust for the first time and it looked like the rubber seal was broken. I dealt with their customer service, which was amazing and they explained to me that it’s not a rubber ring that seals it, it’s supposed to be open on one side. Suri, their customer rep still said I’d be sent a new seal anyways even though I now know there was nothing wrong with the old one. Great product and great service. Exceeded all expectations!!Love the way the vacuum handles it is light and maneuverable, the dirt cup seems to be a very good size but the same as a Dyson has great suction, was easy to put together, and the delivery was amazing. Looking forward to regular usageRevised: bought this in october worked great by January is no longer charged and when i tried to find help through their web site it was nothing but a run around, and to this dayed have never recieved any communication except to send me to a web site that charged for help.Love this vacuum! I was looking for a second vacuum for the basement and didn’t want to invest in another Dyson. This one is perfect! It even picked up all the cat litter, no problem. Highly recommend!!This vacuum has been very cleverly thought out. Here are some of the top features I really like:- super easy, telescoping handle makes it ergonomic for tall people and short alike- removable battery that makes it easy to charge in a convenient place- good sized debris compartment that is easy to empty- detachable parts that make it easy to reach difficult spots- long battery life (I can run through my whole house without issue)- great suction on pet hair- works on hardwood floors without scattering bits everywhere as I've experienced with other vacuums- lightweight and super easy to navigate to tight places- charges quickly and makes it so easy to quickly do daily maintenace on floors (I have three mega-shedding animals and this vacuum has tackled that with ease!)Cons:- none! I am seriously stumped on thinking of something I would change about this vacuum.The customer service has been excellent! I reached out when the wait time for new filters seemed long; they were responsive and helpful. So my only recommendation for fellow Canadians is to order extra filters when you buy this vaccum so that you have some on hand to replace when ready.I have also seen additional batteries on Amazon, but I've had this for quite a few months now and the battery has maintained its power and longevity beautifully. I would buy this vacuum again in a heartbeat.
