For years we have had a very large puppy potty box we found and could never find it again. So this plastic one has been used and used by multiple cats. And now, is all scrapped up and hard to clean. We just never found anything large enough for our over large male cats. They tend to pee over the side and always try to dig to China! Ordered this hoping it was really that nice size and it is better than expected. And the added plus is the plastic surround. Was not sure if it would freak the cats out and cause a problem but nope...They jumped right in and have no issues. But the best part is that they can dig all they want...and it just falls back into the box! YEAH!! I had hoped they would only go out the shorter end but, they still sometimes jump over the side and leave some liter on the outside but, this is really helping. Husband is not sure which scooper he will keep around. Our old one is metal, and it does scrap on the metal of the box...not sure how that will hold up over time. But they do include a nice large plastic scoop...will probably start using that instead. Just started using so do not know how well it will wash up but, considering what it is made of, I imagine it will clean a whole lot better that our old plastic stained one. Thanks for actually making a large size box!!!
