An unexpected nasty storm came up while we were at anchor and our Windlass housing got completely bent up. Decided it was a better value to replace the Entire roller rather than try to find or fabricate the collar only. Was a 10 minute job for my husband to remove the old set up and install this one. Has worked like a charm for the past 7 weeks. Very smooth and no issues with anchor bunching or slipping off roller. We have it on a 37’ Boat with plenty of rope and chain.
