Scratch that, NO customer service. We were having issues because the color wasn’t working. Ok, that happens. But I called the company’s customer service number and got voice mail. During business hours. Hmmm. The recording said leave my info and why I was calling. So, I left a message saying the family would be traveling and the fence is effectively down because we can’t get the collar to work. Please call back.And waitedAnd waitedAnd waited. No return phone call. In fact, three weeks later still no return call.Good thing our dog is dumb as dirt because we had no choice but to leave him and he didn’t realize the fence was down. Still, who needs this grief? My advice, understand things do arrive doa but pass on this product because obviously the manufacturer doesn’t care about you or your dog.
