This kennel is so much nicer than the black wire kennels everybody else carries. It is very attractive, is light weight, super easy to clean, opens from the side and the top. That was very handy. We could open the top to change out food, water, etc... and not have to struggle with keeping the puppies from getting out the side door. We had a small breed mom and her puppies in it and we really liked that the bottom and sides were solid (kind of boxed in) a few inches up on this kennel - so the puppies couldn't get their tiny legs or feet caught against or between the bars. Very happy with this kennel and highly recommend it.
