I’ve been wanting a laser hair remover for a long time now but couldn’t decide, there are so many different options/prices. I decided to pick this one based on reviews and priced in the middle ($100-$500) of ones I was debating and having the cooling feature.I shaved and did my legs on the highest setting on auto-pulse. Once I got the hang of it I added my lady bits, forearm and upper lip. I did this every 4 days like the directions stated. HOWEVER, it says after 3 weeks, 1x/week maintenance. I decided to continue doing it every 4 days to kick the hair to the curb and did this for 2 months straight (legs got it a little more because I implemented my other body parts a little later).Full disclosure- I pluck and wax my underarms so it’s pretty sparse to begin with. My forearm hair is a little thicker than peach fuzz but plentiful and can be about 1cm long. My lady bits is normal, coarse and plentiful (insert eye roll). And my legs again, seemingly normal and thicker on my shins but a little thinner on my thighs. I have black hair and an olive tinge to my skin color. After about 2-3 sessions: I would get this stubble, like the hair is just wanting to Polk through but never comes out, sparce and not that thick on my legs. But because I was continuing the shave/laser treatments every 4 days it was hard to know if it was working.A few times I think I let it go 5 days and still the same. It wasn’t until after 2 solid months did I let it go a week before my next session and no underarm hair and leg hair growth. My lady bits are still growing but only in the top center, the sides have slowed significantly and the annoying 10 hairs that grow totally outside of any bikini line beyond the crease on my leg area are gone (hallelujah). The feeling on the highest level is bearable. It does get a snap of pain on sensitive skin area (think behind your knees, lady bits and upper lip) but I push through with the hopes that it zaps away the hairs!! The cooling feature definitely helps, by the time you feel the zap and move the device to the next spot, the cooling feature is on that hot spot.My husband has started using it too, because I won’t stop telling him how impressed I am. And my friends are all in.Now that I’m sold on it, I think next time, I would invest in a higher priced one with a faster laser, the pulses in between on the highest setting takes a second or 2 to flash again, on the lowest setting it’s a quick beat. That’s what I would want on the highest setting but it costs more for that- so this is a great compromise for the price and value! Highly recommend!!
