We tried a lot of dog beds (home catalogs, Marshalls, etc.) for our terrier but never found anything that was good-looking enough to leave out in our living room or well-made enough to handle the constant in/out/scratching of our dog. A friend of ours recommended this den so we went ahead and bought it (thought it was a little $ but I don't think so now). It's perfect. Our dog LOVES it and it's strong and high-quality. The sherpa pad won'd fray on his paws and the whole thing looks neat and clean.Then...I had the brilliant idea (at least I thought so) to get one for our cat. Not for the cat exactly but for his litter box, which was sitting in a nook in our kitchen. We put the litter pan in it, the scooper and bags in the 'attic' and...done, we had a place for him to do his business in privacy. We use his sherpa pad for our dog on the floor...and it's a win-win. So now both animals have their own place.Love it...worth it!Nice looking not sure it's made wellUnfortunately this product was not worth the money. Very cheaply made. Although there are sewings, parts are actually glued together.. So product arrived damaged/falling apart. Not sturdy whatsoever.. Perhaps ok for a cat? Either way, too pricey for what you get.This is perfect for our two pugs. They love it! It comes with a memory foam bed and has attic toy storage. My pet loves it.
