Summary: if you have a small house or like to clean in spurts, if you rent and can't put screws in the wall, if you need a quiet vacuum, this is the perfect choice. Four stars for suction power/hardwoods only in comparison with our corded Shark, which is a beast. It's five stars compared to a normal hand vacuum.Got this on Prime Day sale and can't believe how much I love it. I've had it two days and it has changed how I think about housecleaning. I have allergies, but also sensory sensitivities and I have always hated vacuuming because it's so loud and awkward. This thing is so quiet and slick that it makes me want to vacuum.Pros: maneuverable (absolutely sick on turns just tilt your wrist, also gets under the furniture), quiet (I actually find it soothing), lightweight (compared to a regular vacuum - might be too heavy if you have arthritis or lack wrist strength), attractive (sits in the dining room on freestanding base, no screws in wall; looks awesome), cleans effectively (great on fine dust, but for larger debris you have to switch to one of the attachments), devours hair (I have long hair that sheds like crazy and the roller brush does not tangle - I have destroyed multiple vacuums over many years and could not believe how well it does with hair).Cons: the only con is the battery - it runs about 10 minutes on high. That's plenty for my use case, I tend to clean one room a day and rotate. If you have big rooms with lots of carpet, or you like to do the whole house at one go, you might still like this one - it has a detachable battery and you could keep an extra in reserve. But you might be better served by one with a longer battery life, or just sticking to a regular vacuum.Do you need a headlight on a vacuum cleaner? I do. I had no idea how much dust there was left after I swept. Also, I can't speak yet to reliabilty. It feels pretty well-made, but if it quits on me I'll update the review.
