While I did not buy this product from this seller, and can say nothing to the seller's validity, I wanted to write a review on the product seeing as I own it and have tried it quite a few times on my Goffin's Cockatoo. This shampoo is amazing!!! My bird has a plucking problem, which means that he is constantly covered in blood in one place or another. He then proceeds to whipe the blood all over his body while he tries to normally groom himself, how birds do. Additionally, he is white, so his feathers pick up oil and dirt and such and can look nearly brown. I was amazing at how well this shampoo, with just a light rubbing and lift all of this dirt grease and dried blood stains right out of his feathers. The blood sometimes takes a few washes, but we all know how hard it is to get blood out of white things. So, I'm truly impressed by this products ability to clean our dirty birdies :) Additionally, I am very careful when I bathe him, but I have NEVER noticed any irritation on his end from the shampoo, and his feathers come out very light and fluffy after using it. In my opinion, this is an amazing product! You should try it for your birdies who just won't clean up in a normal water bath.
