I got a 30-day supply of these Goldie Locks hair supplements. I color my hair in regular intervals, so I know how long my roots get between colorings. When I finished 30 days of the supplements, my roots were about .25 of an inch longer than normal. I can’t say for certain that it’s due to the Goldie Locks, because I sometimes have off months where my hair doesn’t grow much or grows like a weed, but it seems likely. I don’t like that I needed to take 4 pills a day. That’s a lot! I spaced them out, taking one capsule every two hours upon waking. One of the ingredients is rhodiola rosea, which is an adaptogenic herb that gives me a lot of energy, so I don’t like taking it at night. I noticed no ill effects while taking the supplements. I think it contains too much biotin with 10,000 mcg listed in the description. Also, I wish it indicated which form of Vitamin D it has: D3 or D2? I quit taking my normal multivitamin while taking this because I didn’t want to overdo any of the vitamins and minerals, especially Vitamin A and selenium.
