Had a hard time spending the money on scissors. But I’m so glad I did! They feel amazing, and the cut amazing! Cheap scissors definitely feel cheap after using these for a few weeksLove itThese scissors are top of the line, I bought these for my wife who is dog groomer. It is very important when cutting hair be it on a human or an animal your tools need to be sharp. And these are and durable, one thing a pair of scissors will not hold up through is dropping, it will separate the blades and cause a gap. These are adjustable to correct such damage.I really like these shears. I was using Geiger Gator shears before & both pairs needed sharpened at the same time so I needed to order something to use in the meantime. I wanted to try something new & had seen the Kenchii stand at grooming shows I had been to. I’m glad I tried these! I really like them. They came with an smaller inserts in case I needed them. Very nice shears! I’m hoping to try the thinners next. These shears feel super cheap and about an inch of the tip didn’t work. I tried adjusting the tension to solve these problems and nothing seemed to help. I’ve bought scorpions before and loved them but I will not purchase another of this brand. But, Great for hedge trimming thick hair. I like them for doodles, golden, Aussie, pom outline, and cockers, pets withnice owners and heavy coats. Face it groomers don't take the edge off your shears without equity for a tune up. I wish they had big old offset, 1/2" then they would be the bomb. Groom on!Great shears! Great company overall. I just don't see myself reaching for these shears. I was super pumped to order these and try them but once I did they are a little too heavy for me. Just in the slightest is it "over weight". I have been a stylist for almost two decades and require something lighter. This does not make me like them any less just sad that I only use them occasionally versus daily as I originally intended.Kenchii Scorpion Grooming Shears 8" Curved is a great shear, the only downfall was the shear wasn't sharp, and in order to use I had to send them to Kenchii to get sharpened.
