Chair is well made and shipped quickly - it's not easy to find a drafting height chair that isn't a plain stool. Giving five stars because I had an issue with this chair at first, which was that within 3 or 4 months it started losing height during the day, so I'd start at full height, then by lunch would be looking up at my keyboard and monitor. I contacted the seller and without any hassle they very quickly shipped me out a couple of replacement parts that seem to have fixed the issue. So the chair itself is good- what you would expect and does the job. The customer service pushed them over into five-star territory.
