I'm using it twice a week, I've full long hair and it's working wonderfully. just oil your hair for minimum 30 mins nicely before washing, make a good paste and then add more water to make it full mug and pour it part by part on head and rub nicely then rinse nicely. Makes hair silky and smooth. Great natural product.
