Let me just say, I love how clean my house is running this vacuum everyday. 365 days a week of vacuuming is another level then what I would have done manually. I'm also forced to pick things up off the floor so my house all of a sudden is clean and amazing and it should be.I got my vacuum on Amazon renewed for a great price. It was easy to connect and set up initially and the app works great. My ozmo 900 goes out every single day and comes back as scheduled every day at 8 am. I'm a light sleeper and it starts in my room so if I'm not already up, it doubles as an alarm clock for me. It does get stuck at times if I don't have everything cleared from the floors like I should have had.I would say that setting up certain zones on the map can be a little impossible depending on how it sees your house layout and what it thinks is a main wall but it's nothing you can't work around or live with. If you set up a virtual barrier, it won't go there and if it's not stuck on what you had on the floor that day, it will always return to it's dock and charge flawlessly. I bought 3 of these models all together, an ozmo 930 and ozmo 920 and I would recommend them all with the three year protection plan just in case if possible. You will want this vacuum to be around and miss it if it isn't. For the value and reliability this is a five star vacuum.
