No, Cleanova W7 uses a random navigation system and does not have the capability to create a home map. How to install the mop? In simple terms, just attach the mop to the mop holder, and then install the mop holder onto the 2-in-1 water tank. For specific instructions, please refer to the "Product Operation" section in the manual. Can I add cleaning solution while mopping? No, cleaning solutions can be corrosive. We recommend using only water. Why the robot cannot return to the Charging Base? Remove objects within 3ft (1m) on both sides and 6ft (2m) in front of the Charging Base. The robot will return quickly when near the base, but if it's far away, it may take longer. Please be patient as it makes its way back. Why the suction power becomes weak? Check if any obstructions are blocking the suction inlet. Empty the dust collector. Check if the filter is wet due to water or other liquid on the floor. Air-dry the filter completely before use.
