After my last cleaner leaked all over my floor, I did a lot of research to determine which device/machine could best handle the pet cleanup needs of our home, given we have an old dog who has taken to using our rug for a pee pad for the first time in his life. No sooner did the box arrive on the porch, when my old dog peed right in front of me on the rug.I immediately unboxed this cleaner, and found it incredibly intuitive. All parts are labeled with directions, and I was able to put it to task within minutes. I was able to address the mess and get the rug clean right away. It trapped pet hair as it indicated it could. It was super easy to clean and put away. It is small enough that I can store it in a cubby near the rug. Definitely worth the money spent!!!!
