First, you may notice that I had a name badge made for Lucy--she does NOT come with that! We've had our Lucy for a couple of months now, and she has definitely met, and in some cases exceeded our expectations. She cleans well, (although I will never understand the algorithm that determines the cleaning pattern), isn't uncomfortably loud, was a breeze to set up, and is easy to maintain. From the moment I opened the Apple-quality packaging, I was impressed with everything inside. Lucy is sleek, more sophisticated looking that any comparable robovac I looked at, beautifully designed, and the app I downloaded to my iPhone to control her works perfectly.Lucy does tend to get hung up on the edge of rugs--even ones that I don't think she should--but that is my ONLY complaint. Well, I wish she would tell me when her dustbin is full too, but have just gotten into the habit of emptying it and cleaning her every couple of days to be safe. The best part? ALL 4 of my dachshunds are perfectly fine with just ignoring her as she cleans, and they were from the very beginning (thankfully). That was a huge relief. My brother bought a more expensive Roomba that doesn't have anywhere NEAR the features my Lucy does, doesn't look as classy, and just generally seems inferior to my Lucy--but his empties itself into a large collection bin attached to the charging station, and mine doesn't. He still has to empty that though,
