This is an amazing gate! It does everything that I needed & have had no problem whatsoever. We got the 55" tall to make sure jumping out would not be possible. The narrow opening between bars is perfect, no chance of escape. The "encryption" bars to be added on the outer edges of the gate, before installation is complete, are also extremely helpful and are perfect to absolutely prevent pets escaping out the sides. When our girl couldnt even get her nose through the inner gate bars, she immediately went for what would have been gaps at the edges. The encryption bars, stopped her in her tracks. The gate is effortless to open & close, closes very securely because of the metal bar that drops down when you let go of the gate. The gate is a strong metal, no bending, pulling, warping, & is very stable. Upon recommendation, I bought a couple sets of the "Wall Nanny" (also perfect) to save wear on doorways, walls, door jams. This gate has been up for 1.5 years and used every day. We could not be happier with this purchase, it has been a life-saver knowing that we do not have to worry at all. I cannot imagine not having this exceptional gate. It beats any other gate that I have seen anywhere. To the company who offered this gate, please continue to offer this superior product.
