I've loved this Malaysian Extra Hot Chilli Sauce from Maggi for years, but it's becoming increasingly difficult to find on the high street for some reason. Thankfully, the Big River has come to my rescue with this six pack.The sauce itself doesn't disappoint in the heat stakes, but it's definitely not one those gimmicky chilli sauces that will take your face off and render your tastebuds useless for the rest of the day. It's more subtle than that. Fruity, warm, and slightly sweet. Great on burgers when mixed with a little mayo, neat with nuggets, or added to a bastardised Bolognese sauce.In short, delicious, whatever you decide to do with it.Five stars and a big fiery thumbs up from me ? ??
