A very comfortable and warm sleeping bag I wish I would of gotten a smaller one because the XL Xtall dose not play around I'm 5'11 210lbs. With plenty of room to move around in still love it and will use it. If u want to put it in a pack get a smaller one for sure. I have an Alice pack large and the sleeping bag it's self would take up the whole thing
